A: Yes. We support personalized text engraving. Custom‑made orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Q: What wrist size do bracelets fit?
A: Most bracelets are adjustable, fits wrist size 14‑17 cm (5.5‑6.7 inches).

A: 7‑14 business days for handmade production before shipping. Custom orders may take longer.

A: All orders ship directly from China.
Standard shipping takes 10‑15 business days. Express shipping takes 5‑8 business days.
Q: Will I need to pay import duties?
A: Buyers are responsible for local import taxes or customs fees according to your country’s rules.

A: Custom personalized items are non‑returnable. Non‑custom ready‑to‑wear items can be returned within 30 days upon delivery. Return shipping cost is at buyer’s expense.
