   Processing Time Most orders are handmade to‑order. Please allow 7‑14 business days for production before shipment. Custom personalized items may take longer.

   We ship worldwide from China. Standard shipping: 10‑15 business days. Express shipping: 5‑8 business days.

3, Import Duties & Taxes 

   Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties,import taxes or clearance fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping cost. 

4, Lost or Damaged Packages

 Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit. Photo evidence will be required for claims.
